Să vând sau să nu vând Banca Transilvania?
Sunt cel care taie şi spânzură la Banca Transilvania, o instituţie de credit din România. În fiecare dimineaţă, când mă bărbieresc în faţa oglinzii, îmi vine în minte aceeaşi întrebare: “Să vând sau să nu vând Banca Transilvania?”. Sunt boss-ul unui jucător “de top ten” despre care se spune că este la această oră cea mai mare atracţie pentru băncile străine de prestigiu care îşi doresc o prezenţă activă pe piaţa bancară autohtonă. Aproape că nu a fost bancă dornică să ajungă pe meleagurile mioritice care să nu fi trecut pe la aici, pe la mine la Cluj, pentru a încerca să pună mâna pe singura instituţie de credit cu capital privat românesc. În târg se vorbeşte că aproape toţi peţitorii BCR şi-au depus candidatura şi pentru Banca Transilvania, însă nimeni nu a reuşit încă să mă convingă să vând. Am decis împreună cu echipa mea de bancheri şi cu zânul ăla din reclamă (participă la toate şedinţele, îmi place pentru că e cel mai activ salariat!) că deocamdată nu este cazul să înstrăinez Banca Transilvania. Vreo trei ani de acum încolo. Am luat decizia corectă?

DA. Cel putin din afara, BT pare ca plesneste de sanatate si ca mai are de trait. Exista si riscul sa alunece la vale in 2-3 ani… Dar riscul asta exista pentru toate bancile.
Mie imi place BT. E ambitioasa, poate si parca e umana.

cat despre ” ZAN ” mie imi inspira o totala lipsa de serozitate
recomand bancii o analiza mai atenta a reclamei. nu mai zic de sporul pe salariat (comparat cu alte banci, care nu ofera atatea facilitati angajatilor)
Si apoi o banca trbuie sa fie rece si nu umana.

din punctul meu de vedere este foarte corecta decizia dvs..inca nu…doar daca aveti foarte foarte mare nevoie de o suma uriasa ptr. a va cumpra o insula in Pacific(daca mai este vreuna de vanzare)….:) dar activele aceste banci pot sa mai creasca(vor mai creste) in perioada urmatoare..iar valoarea actiunilor va creste substantial.
Lasand ‘zanul” deoaprte (am gustat gluma cu cel mai activ salariat..) dar …nu se cade (demoralizati salariatii actuali)… Banca dvs e un pion important in topul bancilor din Romania …e pacat sa o instrainati acum cand peste 2-3 ani veti putea obtine un profit mult mai mare din vanzarea (unei parti doar nu integral) a actiunilor detinute “Parerea mea”…oricum Felicitari ptr ceea ce ati realizat…cu aceasta banca..si atentie la barbierit dimineata….!!!!! Succes..

E singura banca care incearca sa fie transparenta si care incearca sa fie aproape de clienti. Nu trebuie sa fie o banca rece, din contra.

eu cumpar actiuni in disperare la Transilvania. cred ca va creste inca mult. Am inceput prin 1998 mai mult din joaca, doar cateva,,400 mii lei,, radeau de mine . Actiunea era joasa si nu valora mare lucru,, dupa au venit dividentele, actiunile gratuit,,am mai cumparat un pic,, cu frica romanului amarat,, . Am investit putin si am avut peste 200 de ori profit,, Ieri am mai cumarat 6500 actiuni la 11 000 lei vechi, cu taxe cu tot,,Sper sa creasca in continuare…tinand cont ca totusi are o politica deschisa , e printre cele mai tranzactionate la bursa, si,, vor venii si fondurile de investitii externe,,nu??

Domnule Dinu… Bancile apropiate de clienti sunt cele conduse de oameni si nu de organisme… Este adevarat ca dezvoltarea capitalista eficienta presupune o depersonalizare a conducerilor bancare si o asezare pe baze corporatiste. Totusi, o afacere de succes poate avea la baza si o forma de “despotism luminat”… Asadar, daca va mai vine in gand ideea de a vinde, priviti pe fereastra si ganditi-va la restaurantul acela, fain, Belvedere, parca.. Si, pentru Dumnezeu, daca nu folositi inca masina electrica de ras, cand va taiati nitel cu lama, nu va razbunati pe salariati cum se intampla pe la alte “plantatii”…
