Murim în noi, pe câmpul muncii
Dimineaţa devreme, undeva de pe la 7.00, mulţi tineri (în cazul nostru, bancheri de profesie!) pornesc spre servici. O mare de maşini, îngrămădită pe bulevardele Bucureştiului, se risipeşte în preajma sediilor impunătoare ale băncilor. De la 8.00 începe programul de lucru. Este o certitudine. Ora la care vor pleca spre casă nu o ştiu niciodată. Pierduţi în activităţile de zi cu zi, ei nu mai au noţiunea timpului. Măsoară timpul doar pentru a-şi încropi agenda zilnică.
Departe de sentimente, departe de fiori şi fără cultul familiei, aceşti oameni se rup total de societate. Trăiesc maşinal, contopiţi în ambiţiile corporaţiei. Respiră victoriile instituţiilor de credit repurtate în faţa concurenţei. Gustă fiecare reuşită profesională. Dacă îi priveşti cu atenţie, vei observa însă golul din interior.
Cunosc numeroşi asemenea oameni, care mor în ei. Putrezesc pe interior, răpuşi de demenţa împlinirii profesionale şi sufocaţi de lipsa de sensibilitate. Raluca Stroescu a murit fizic, epuizată de programul de muncă titanic. Moartea tinerei aduce în prim-plan sufletele rătăcite ale tuturor celor care fac parte din aşa-numita generaţie “baby boomer” a României. Tineri care şi-au inundat viaţa cu acele culturi corporatiste, adoptate şi pe meleagurile mioritice!
În rarele şi crudele momente de conştientizare a realităţii, oamenii aceştia îşi doresc sincer să răbufnească. Să fie alături de cei dragi. Să-şi asculte copii. Să plângă îmbrăţişaţi de iubirile lor. Să se afunde în pasiune. Să hoinărească pe cărări neştiute. Să uite de timp într-o biserică. Să facă ceva cu rol fără să joace un rol.

poate exista un soi de sclavagism modern, care te supune prin dead-line si responsabilitati cat mai multe si mai importante, insa de cele mai multe ori la acest tip de sclavagism contribuie colegii, scumpii colegi cu care imparti biroul, task-urile, termenele, proiectele. Peste 60% din ei nu isi fac treaba pentru ca stiu ca exista o proasta care o va termina, va reface documentatia de la zero, va munci pe branci, din restul de 40% poate 10-15% isi fac treaba fara a se implica si fara a-si asuma riscuri ci doar laurii unui proiect bine facut si terminat in timp, 10% sunt concentrati doar pe task-urile care ii fac sa iasa in fata, sa prinda toata atentia sefului si restul sunt colegi care si daca ar veni si daca ar lipsi de la serviciu nu schimba cu nimic peisajul profesional, poate cel social mai plimba o cravata, o bluzita etc. pe holurile biroului. lucrez de peste 10 ani, in fiecare loc intr-un departament de 40 de oameni, doar 6-8 lucrau cu adevarat restul contribuiau la stingerea suflului celor 6-8, la infundarea lor in proiecte, documentatii de mii de pagini si termene imposibile. Toate noptile nedormite pentru “birou” nu au fost pentru bani, diferentele salariale sunt minime intre cei care raman pana-n miez de noapte si cei care rup usa pe la 5-6, ci au s-au datorat unei educatii proaste bune primite de acasa de la niste oameni simpli care ne-au invatat ca trebuie sa ai satisfactia lucrului bine facut si ca promisiunile de orice fel se respecta.

asta e adevarul dureros, raluca e o martira, pentru putina vreme poate va fi un stigmat pe fruntea angajatorilor…dar dupa un timp , nu va mai conta…asa cum cei de la banca raiffeisen au avut o mica revolta anul trecut in preajma Sf. Pasti…eveniment datorita carora , si noi de la o banca mica din sistem, am beneficiat, colateral, de o mica prima de Pasti (de teama sa nu ne rasculam si noi)…

Am auzit si eu stirea asta azi dimineata, in timp ce ma indreptam spre birou. Intr-adevar, extrem de socanta intamplarea. Sper ca, macar acum, unii sa-si dea seama ca sunt si alte lucruri pe lumea asta care conteaza, in afara de munca la birou. Viata personala se confunda prea des cu slujba si usor-usor, uitam de anii care se scurg pe langa noi, de copiii (eventual) care cresc singuri, de prieteni, de parinti. Si macar de-ar exista vreun motiv pentru asta. In schimb ne alegem cu si mai mult stres, cu boli (unii dintre noi nu apuca sa manance toata ziua). Foarte trista toata povestea asta, sper sa invatam ceva din aceasta tragedie.

Am aflat cumplita veste la stirile de dimineata ale unui celebru post tv. Peste zi m-am tot gandit la aceasta situatie, destul de infricosatoare. Pe de o parte ne dorim afirmare, realizare profesionala la cote maxime, nu mai spun de situatia financiara pe care ne-o dorim a fi cat mai infloritoare si intr-o crestere permanenta. Pe de alta parte ne dorim o familie fericita, pe cineva care sa ne astepte seara acasa cu zambetul pe buze si care sa ne linisteasca temerile legate de indatoririle zilnice fie ele de la birou sau de acasa. Nu realizam insa, ca intre aceste doua sfere trebuie trasata o linie de demarcatie foarte clara… Nici una nu trebuie sa fie mai importanta decat cealalta, amandoua putand sa ne ofere satisfactii.
Toti muncim pentru bani, dar cand nu mai poti trebuie sa stii sa spui “GATA”… Probabil ca ea nu a stiut cand si unde sa se opreasca…pacat…

ERA PINGUINULUI
Oamenii sunt manipulati sa aiba teluri si dorinte false in viata - himere pentru a muncii ca niste fanatici - himere de genul trage tare si retrage-te la 35 de ani - bullshit (ai aceeasi sansa ca la 6/49), haine de firma, celulare pentru apartenta si recunoastere… visuri si fitze - oamenii au ajuns sa traiesca in eternul maine sacrficand prezentul spre beneficiul baietilor destepti care gandesc cum sa-ti faca tie munca mai rentabila, in timp ce tu muncesti fericit pe bani putini…
Care sunt noile arme ale dresorilor de minti umane in societatea capitalista ?
Una dintre arme este chiar ego-ul “pinguinului” (cum este denumit noul om fabricat de corporatii in argoul dresorilor de minti). Pinguinul munceste pe bani foarte putini, in raport cu efortul depus si valoarea produsa de el, dar primeste in compensatie tot felul de titulaturi pompoase, am vazut in Romania oameni cu “marketing manager” sau mai stiu eu ce expresie pretioasa pe cartea de vizita, si cu un salariu sub 400 euro. Am vazut pinguini refuzand joburi mai bine platite pe motiv ca daca s-ar fi dus la noul loc de munca ar fi retrogradat ca functie!
Alta arma ar fi manipularea mentalului colectiv prin crearea de curente privind stilul de viata (vezi viralul de aici legat de workoholism). Exista pinguini care cumpara un tricou “de firma” la pret de 3-4 ori mai scump decat unul obisnuit, desi materialul, design-ul si calitatea sunt identice.
Cum arata noul om fabricat de corporatii ?
Preocupat, important, cand il intrebi de sanatate zice ca se grabeste, nu poate intarzia la discutii, este permanent prins in tot felul de “proiecte” de nu are timp nici sa doarma, ca te intrebi la ce mai munceste si la ce-i mai folosesc banii daca oricum nu gaseste nici 5 minute pe saptamana sa se bucure de ei, iar cand totusi apuci sa vorbesti cu el, o tzine numai in clisee, majoritatea auzite la radioTV ori citite prin cartuliile gen “cum sa reusesti in afaceri”.
Ce aspiratii are el ?
Sa fie bagat in seama, si pentru asta ii trebuie o functie, telefon ultimul tip desi functioneaza bine si unul fabricat acum 5 ani, idem pentru masina, televizor, etc, si pentru asta e in stare sa se indatoreze pana peste cap, sporind, in acelasi timp, avutiile bancilor de la care se imprumuta si ale companiilor multinationale de la care cumpara.
Ce-si doreste de la viata ?
Recunoastere, sa fie “cineva”, sa il respecte lumea, sa i se ceara parerea, iar dresorii care il fac sa se simta atat de important obtin orice de la el.
Ce intelege din politica ?
Absolut nimic, priveste certurile intre partide si politicieni ca pe un fel de meciuri, de parca ar fi suporterul uneia dintre echipe, nu-si pune niciodata intrebarea cati dolari a castigat el de pe urma a ceea ce a facut cutare ministru sau ce profit poate scoate din discursul unui deputat in Parlament ori la pupitrul unui talk-show. de altfel, politicienii vorbesc extrem de rar despre ce ar avea pinguinii de castigat in plan financiar de pe urma unor evenimente, evolutii sau situatii, si totusi pinguinul asculta aceste noianuri de palavre care nu-i folosesc la nimic.
CONCLUZIE !!!
Realitatea este ca pinguinii nu fac bani, ei doar muncesc si numai ego-ul si iluzia ii face sa continue… viata lor e jalnica, inglodati in credite si datorii, fara timp sa respire, traiesc in viitor sacrificand prezentul.
Nu vreau sa fiu acuzat de comunism…si-a demonstrat puterile, a esuat lamentabil…

Apreciez curajul si sinceritatea de a vorbi deschis despre relatia dvs. cu Dumnezeu.Cultivati-o, intariti-o si ca ziarist indemnati-i si pe altii sa o faca, caci sunt atat de multi oameni goi pe dinauntru.Ma refer in special la tineri, care cred ca totul este sa ai bani, putere si femei.
Solomon le-a avut pe toate dar la final concluzia lui a fost:totul este desertaciune, daca este facut fara Dumnezeu.Tot ele a spus insa:
“Să ascultăm dar încheierea tuturor învăţăturilor: Teme-te de Dumnezeu şi păzeşte poruncile Lui. Aceasta este datoria oricărui om.
Căci Dumnezeu va aduce orice faptă la judecată, şi judecata aceasta se va face cu privire la tot ce este ascuns, fie bine, fie rău.”

A fost o perioada in viata mea in care m-am comportat cum a facut-o si Raluca…
Si nu eram scava, deoarece munceam de la 8 dimineta pana cel putin la 11 noaptea pentru ca asa vroiam eu! Eram in ultimul an de facultate, mi se parea ca sunt extrem de norocoasa ca mi s-a oferit job-ul pe care il aveam. Nu lucram pentru vreo multinationala, ci pentru una din cele mai mari companii nationale din tara. Si nici nu lucram pentru bani! Salariul era foart mic, mai ales ca am inceput ca “debutant” (cei care ati mai lucrat la Stat stiti despre ce vorbesc…).
Ma credeam insa foarte importanta! Aveam job-ul pe care il aveam la o maaare companie nationala! Ma credeam superioara colegilor de facultate, prietenilor mei, celor mai multi din oamenii de la munca!
Pentru ca munceam cu seriozitate, mi se tot dadeau alte lucruri de facut, mai mult sau mai putin importante (inclusiv traduceri, deoarece eram singura din echipa “de varf” care stia engleza). Iar eu credeam ca mi se repartizau mie doar pentru ca eram prea desteapta si nu pentru ca anumite persoane erau degrevate de ele…
Imi indepartasem prietenii, vorbeam destul de rar chiar cu parintii, cu prietenul meu ajunsesem sa ma vad doar duminica (eventual)!
Eram epuizata, aproape ca nu mai stiam cum arata orasul “pe lumina”, aveam niste cearcane si ochi rosii care au facut-o pe mama sa izbucneasca in plans cand m-a vazut intr-un an de Craciun (dupa ce statusem si nopti acasa la calculator ca sa termin ce aveam de facut). M-a rugat plangand sa ma gandesc la ceea ce fac, deoarece ea doar pe mine ma are, ca nu m-a crescut ca sa ma imbolnavesc muncind, ca imi da ea bani din putinul pe care il are, doar sa redevin cum ma stia ea! Ca o sa-mi gasesc in mod sigur altceva…
Credeti ca i-am urmat sfatul? NU! Desi cuvintele ei m-au pus pe ganduri, nu putem sa las marea companie de izbeliste, nu? Asa ca am continuat, dar din fericire pentru mine a venit dusul rece: mi s-a “suflat” ca “lumea” era bucuroasa ca “fraiera” munceste, ca prima substantiala din vara(avand in vedere salariul meu de nimic), o primisera si secretarele doar cu studii medii, ca prin afara tarii erau scoase la plimbare toate tinerelele “atente” cu sefii cei mari…
Am inceput sa rad de nervi! Ma uitam in oglinda: cearcane cat toata fata, mai grasa cu… 7 kg (la o inaltime de 1,60m, se vede!) deoarece mancam toate prostiile din cauza stresului, fara prieteni, pe cale sa-mi pierd si iubitul, cu un salariu mizer, dar proaspat definitivata in echipa de conducere!
De-abia atunci am luat hotararea de a-mi cauta alt job! Si l-am gasit mult mai repede decat ma asteptam: am fost selectata dupa primul interviu la care m-am dus.
Mi-am sunat prietenii, mi-am cerut scuze si am fost fericita ca m-au primit cu bratele deschise!
Am ajuns in scurt timp la greutatea normala, mi s-au “curatat’ ceracanele si stresul a ajuns la un nivel normal (cred ca in orice activitate sunt perioade in care nivelul stresului creste, importante sunt cotele pe care le atinge si durata).
Am pierdut insa iubitul de atunci: ruptura a fost prea mare pentru a mai putea fi reparata.
Am trecut la o companie multinationala condusa de o echipa “cu cap”, care considera ca orele lucrate peste program tradeaza de fapt o munca ineficienta!
Denumirea postului ocupat acum nu ma mai face sa ma umflu in pene. Dar salariul… este foarte bun!
Si mi-am recapatat prietenii, am un alt iubit, ma pot duce la plimbari sau distractie de cate ori vreau! Si nu trebuie sa imi dau sufletul pentru a calatori in afara tarii: am un salariu care imi permite sa o fac din banii mei.
Cred ca foarte important este sa stii sa spui stop atunci cand observi ca viata ta se rezuma la dosare, calculator si nopti nedormite din cauza unui loc de munca, ORICARE AR FI EL! AVEM O SINGURA VIATA!

Raluca s-a stins din nefericire si tot din nefericire, mai sunt atatia ca ea, care stimulati de “bonusurile” excelente oferite de marile companii sunt dispusi sa isi sacrifice viata. Pentru leasing-uri ochioase, pentru salarii consistente, pentru tot felul de facilitati care poate au rolul de a le “imbalsama” din cand in cand existentele.
In ziua de azi, echilibrul profesional e unul foarte fragil care antreneaza o complicitate diabolica intre conducatori si condusi. Cu totii stim in sinea noastra acest lucru, insa mai stim la fel de mult, ca banu’ e foarte ispititor si suntem in stare sa ne calcam in picioare pentru asta. E si un soi de ipocrizie nationala acum aceasta solidaritate nascuta pe taramurile unui “pamant” lasat parloaga tot de noi.
Oricum ai da-o, aceasta realitate cu care ne confruntam e si produsul celor care se lasa dictati, nu numai a celor care au plasmuit manipularea profesionala. Nu mi se pare ca se poate face ceva substantial. Poate doar ceva asa de suprafata, acum repede cand s-au sesizat autoritatile, ca sa se inchida gura unei prese ahtiata dupa “mortaciuni” vandabile.
Dupa parerea mea, aceasta mediatizare e simplu marketing. Nu cred ca multi sunt sensibilizati de ceea ce au auzit sau vazut. Poate putini au fost cei care vor fi fost miscati de tragedie, restul, majoritatea tinerilor s-ar duce imediat spre un astfel de job “valabil”. Nu vreau sa fiu nici rautacios, si nici insensibil la fapt in sine. Am plecat de la acest caz si am mers mai departe pentru ca dupa parerea mea, asa cum s-au prezentat lucrurile pana acum, reprezinta doar crusta adevarului. Realitatea este aceea ca lucrurile au o cauza si intr-o tara a contrastelor cum este Romania, sa ai un job bun e mare lucru. Pe cand altii, multi, trag de ei de pe o zi pe alta sa traiasca, ceilalti, cei putini, desi au venituri frumoase, ori nu au timp sa se bucure de acestea, ori nu sunt fericiti pur si simplu.
E un fatalism dulce la inceput si foarte amar pe urma.
Doar Dumnezeu, ne mai poate scapa!

Autorul este un emigrant. Lectura placuta.
In curand se implinesc 18 ani de cand am inceput sa lucrez la
Volvo, o intreprindere suedeza. A lucra cu ei este ceva foarte
interesant. Orice proiect aici ia 2 ani pentru a se concretiza,
oricat de ingenioasa sau simpla ar fi ideea. Este o regula.
Procesele de globalizare cauzeaza in noi(brazilieni, argentinieni,
columbieni, peruani, venezuelieni, mexicani, australieni,
asiatici,etc…) o anxietate generalizata in cautarea de rezultate
imediate. In consecinta, stilul nostru rapid nu se incadreaza deloc
cu termenele descadenta intarziate ale suedezilor.
Suedezii dezbat, si iar dezbat,organizeaza “n” sedinte, efectueaza
evaluari, etc…, SI LUCREAZA … dupa o schema mult mai incetinita.
Ceea ce este uimitor, este ca acest stil tot timpul da rezultate, in
timpul lor (al suedezilor), astfel ca punand impreuna maturitatea
necesitatii cu tehnologia potrivita, nu prea inregistreaza pierderi.
Pe scurt:
1) Suedia este de marimea unui singur stat din Mexic;
2) Nu are decat 2 milioane de locuitori;
3) Cel mai mare oras, Stockolm, abia daca are 500 de mii de
locuitori,asa ca o mica localitate din Mexic;
4) Mari intreprinderi cu capital suedez: Volvo, Scania,
Ericsson,Electrolux, ABB, Nokia, Nobel Biocare, etc.
Nimic rau in asta, nu-i asa? Pentru a avea o idee de importanta
lor, ajunge sa mentionez ca Volvo face motoarele propulsoare ale
navetelor de la NASA.
Poate se inseala suedezii, dar ei sunt cei care-mi dau mie
salariul.Trebuie sa mentionez ca nu cunosc un alt popor care sa aibe
o cultura colectiva ca a suedezilor.
Va voi povesti o scurta istorie doar ca sa va faceti o idee: prima
data cand m-am dus in Suedia in 1990, unul dintre colegii mei suedezi
ma aducea la serviciu in fiecare dimineata cu masina lui. Era in
septembrie, era frig si fulguia. Ajungeam foarte repede la
intreprinderesi el parca masina tot timpul foarte departe de intrare.
In fiecare dimineata vin in jur de 2 mii de angajati cu masina la
serviciu. In prima zi nu am facut nici un comentariu, nici in a doua
sau in a treia, dar in una din zilele ce au urmat, cu un pic mai
multa incredere, l-am intrebat pe colegul meu:
- Aveti locuri de parcare fixe aici? Am vazut ca parcarea este
complet goala cand ajungem si totusi tu parchezi la coada complet?
Iar el mi-a raspuns pur si simplu:
- Nu, dar cum noi ajungem foarte devreme, avem tot timpul sa mergem
pana la intrare, dar cei care ajung mai tarziu au mai multa nevoie sa
gaseasca locuri mai aproape de intrare, nu crezi?
Imaginati-va ce fata am facut. Si acest lucru a fost suficient ca
sa-mi schimb in profunzime mentalitatea.
Mai nou, in Europa exista un curent denumit “Slow Food”. Asociatia
internationala a alimentatiei cu rabdare (Slow Food International
Association), al carei simbol este melcul, isi are centrul in Italia.
Ceea ce predica aceasta miscare “slow food” este ca oamenii trebuie
sa manance si sa bea lent, pentru a savura mancarea, pentru a se
bucure de procesul de prepare al mancarii, impreuna cu familia, cu
prietenii, fara graba si de calitate.
Ideea este de a se contrapune spiritului Fast Food si a tot ceea
ce reprezinta el ca stil de viata. Surpriza este ca aceasta miscare
de Slow Food serveste ca baza pentru o miscare mult mai ampla numita
Slow Europe, dupa cum descrie revista Business Week in ultimele sale
editii europene. Totul a pornit de la punerea in discutie a grabei si
nebuniei generate de globalizare, de dorinta de a avea in cantitate
mare (nivelul vietii), opus la a avea calitate, calitate de viata,
sau calitate umana.
Conform revistei Business Week, muncitorii francezi, chiar daca
lucreaza mai putin (35 de ore pe saptamana), sunt mai productivi
decat colegii lor americani sau britanici. Si germanii, care in multe
intreprinderi au implantat saptamana de 28,8 ore de munca, au vazut
productivitatea crescand cu un laudabil 20%. Aceasta atitiudine,
numita “slow attitude”, atrage atentia pana si americanilor,
discipolii lucrului rapid si imediat. Pe de alta parte, aceasta
atitudine fara graba nu inseamna sa
se faca mai putin, nici sa se obtina calitate si productivitate mai
mici, ci mai multa perfectiune, atentie la detalii si mai putin stres.
Acest lucru inseamna o intoarcere la valorile familiei, ale
prietenilor, ale timpului liber, ale bunei comoditati, ale vietii in
micile comunitati. O intoarcere la AICI, prezent si concret, opus lui
MONDIAL, indefinit si anonim, inseamna a relua valorile esentiale ale
fiintei umane, a micilor placeri ale cotidianului, ale vietii simple
si ale convietuirii, ale religiei si credintei.
INSEAMNA UN MEDIU DE LUCRU MAI PUTIN COERCITIV (constrangator), MAI
VESEL, MAI RIDICAT SI TOTUSI MAI PRODUCTIV, MEDIU IN CARE TOTI
OAMENII FAC CU PLACERE CEEA CE STIU EI MAI BINE SA FACA.
E recomandabil sa ne gandim mai in amanunt la toate acestea. E
posibil ca vechile proverbe: “Cu rabdarea trece marea” si “Graba
strica treaba”, sa merite din nou atentia noastra in aceste timpuri
de nebunie. Nu ar fi bine ca intreprinderile din comunitatea, orasul,
statul sau tara noastra sa inceapa a dezvolta programe serioase de
calitate fara graba, chiar pentru a mari productivitatea si calitatea
produselor si serviciilor,fara a pierde calitatea umana?
In filmul Parfum de femeie exista o scena de neuitat in care orbul
(interpretat de Al Pacino) invita o fata la dans si ea ii raspunde:
- Nu pot, logodnicul meu va sosi in curand. La care orbul ii
raspunde:
- Stii, viata se traieste intr-o clipa, si o ia la un tango. Cel
mai bun moment al acestui film este aceasta scena de 2 sau 3 minute.
Multi traiesc alergand dupa timp, si il ajung doar cand mor, fie de
un infarct, fie de un accident pe autostrada pentru ca goneau prea
tare pentru a ajunge la timp.
Altii sunt prea nerabdatori sa traiasca in viitor, ca uita sa
traiasca in prezent, care este unicul timp care exista cu adevarat.
Toti avem pe aceasta planeta acelasi timp, nici mai mult, nici mai
putin de 24 de ore pe zi. Diferenta sta in utilizarea acestor ore de
catre fiecare dintre noi.
Trebuie sa invatam sa profitam de fiecare moment, pentru ca, dupa
cum zice John Lennon: “Viata este ceea ce se intampla in timp ce
planificam viitorul”.
Va felicit pentru ca ati reusit sa cititi acest mesaj pana la
sfarsit. Multi l-ar fi citit doar pana la jumatate, ca sa nu piarda
timpul. Atat de valoros in aceasta lume globalizata.

Mai ‘ala micu’, super postul tau si cu mandrie pot sa spun ca l-am citit pana la capat, intrerupandu-mi treaba pe care o aveam de facut la munca in acel moment. E tragic ce s-a intamplat cu Raluca si m-ai tragic ar fi ca din treaba asta sa nu ramana decat cateva posturi faine pe bloguri si ceva articole prin presa. Ar trebui ca evenimentul asta care ne-a intristat pe toti sa ne invete pe toti ceva. Nu doar sa citim, sa ne exprimam parerea de rau si dupa aceea sa fugim repede la munca, pt ca avem de terminat o gramada de treaba si oricum inainte de 10 nu plecam acasa.

Din pacate … traim intr-o lume unde Seful iti spune : “nu iti convine…?!!, mai sunt 10 la usa care asteapta…”. Zicala “Traim in Romania si asta ne ocupa tot timpul” este perfect valabila, dar din pacate noi romanii … suntem muncitori, sarguinciosi dar prosti rau de tot. Toti colegii comenteza, protesteaza si sunt revoltati pana la un moment dat ….Atunci cand trebuie sa-si puna semnatura pe un protest … PAS … MA ABTIN sau … mai rau EXISTA UNUL CARE-I DA IN GAT PE TOTI SI ESTE AVANSAT…. . Eu unul sunt un om care nu si-a dorit sa lucreze intr-o banca dar a nimerit acolo. Am lucrat pana acum doua luni la una dintre cele mai vechi si mai mari banci din Romania. Am inceput ca “debutant” dupa ce totusi aveam o facultate,un master terminat si doi ani de carte de munca in spate … si un salariu de c…t. Am ajuns intr-un mediu de incompetenti si am rezistat 1 an si 8 luni pana intr-o zi cand s-a luat decizia de a se schimba directorul sucursalei … si am plecat cu el. Am inceput ca orice debutant … plecam la 17.00 deoarece “trainnner-ul” meu pleca la acea ora si imi spunea sa sparg si eu usa, ulterior afland ca avea pile in centrala. Incet, incet am ramas fara “omul cu experienta” si pentru ca am observat ca incep sa ma plafonez … am inceput sa mai fac si alte lucruri noi … concluzie : PLECAT LA 19.30 - 20.00- 20.30 IN FIECARE SEARA, RELATIE PERSONALA = CERTURI, VIATA = ZERO BARAT, BANI = IOC, MANCARE = PRIMA MASA LA ORA 21.00(PROBLEME PERSONALE CA NU POT MANCA DIMINEATA DECAT CAFEA SI TIGARI dar pranz = pauza). Eram singurul din SUCURSALA care vorbea engleza dupa Director, singurul care facea si altceva decat ce scria in Fisa Postului, ii ajutam pe toti (marea majoritate fara facultate dar, lucrau in banca de 8-10 ani pe salarii mari, aceeasi banca de c…t) Cand au schimbat directorul mi-am dat demisia si am plecat cu el la o banca mai mica. Inca imi este greu fara agitatia de la vechea banca dar am salariul mai mare, timp pentru mine si colegi oarecum mai competenti. Problema cea mai mare a romanilor este ca nu sunt uniti, daca pleaca unul care s-a desteptat sigur vin 2-3 prosti care accepta orice … . Trebuie sa incercam sa schimbam ceva alfel, ramanem PROSTII EUROPEI.
