Produsul bancar instituţie
Puţine produse bancare au forţa de a se descurca în piaţă pe cont propriu. Să se vândă fără susţinerea directă a instituţiei bancare. De obicei, băncile mizează pe brand-ul corporaţiei atunci când vând. O situaţie diferită faţă de practica de zi cu zi o constituie GigaCreditul de la Bancpost. Împrumutul pentru locuinţă, promovat sub acest nume, este în fapt un produs care în ultimii doi ani a avut un succes nebun în rândul consumatorilor, bazându-se prioritar pe caracteristicile sale (sumele împrumutate mari şi promoţii ale costurilor) şi mai puţin pe Bancpost. Creşterile impresionante l-au propulsat printre creditele ipotecare de top din România.
Am trei rude care pe parcursul anului trecut au reuşit să-şi cumpere locuinţe apelând la Bancpost. Fiecare a luat decizia separat. I-am întrebat pe fiecare în parte de ce au ales Bancpost. “Îmi dădeau cei mai mulţi bani”, a fost răspunsul pe care l-am primit de la toţi. Întreaga povestioară, chiar dacă sună ca un banc despre culmea coincidenţei, este o certificare pentru două lucruri: creditul de la Bancpost se vinde bine, iar numele GigaCredit i se potriveşte cel mai bine.
Faptul că GigaCredit începe să devină, încet dar sigur, un produs instituţie o arată şi decizia Bancpost de a crea un site special pentru împrumutul său vedetă: www.gigacredit.ro. Impresia mea este că Bancpost se dă la o parte, lăsându-l pe GigaCredit să facă show-ul.

SI normal dupa cota de piata in scadere si numele patat de atatia salariati imbatraniti si cu mentalitate de CEC. Eu zic ca brandul BP trebuie ajutat de brandul Gigacredit nu ca se da la o parte. (’parerea mea’ vorba presedintelui). Au angajat tineri (in sfarsit), au schimbat managerii(in sfarsit), si dintr-o banca care nu dadea credite au scos citeva produse de creditare care schimba imaginea. Ca daca nu faceau asta erau in cadere libera. Le inghitea Transilvania cota de piata de nu se vedeau lucrand doar pe produse de servicii retail. (Si nu numai Transilvania. )

Poate e momentul ca lucrurile sa se schimbe… momentul in care discursul de tip monolog al publicitatii conventionale sa faca loc dialogului… in care “ce poti sa faci pentru mine concret?” devine dovada vie a lui “cine esti tu?”. Daca faptele noastre ne definesc ca oameni oare produsele noastre ne definesc ca banci?

Mi-a placut asta cu monologul (dl. Kont). Desi suna complicat (ma rog, filosofie curata, nu ma bag), cam asa e - in sfarsit suna adevarat si de inteles si pentru mine.
Una peste alta, fiind in cautare de credit de casa si vazand reclama chiar o sa ma duc la Bancpost sa-mi spuna daca pot si eu sa iau. Ca pana aici m-au convins.
Sa stii, Cornele, ca ai dreptate, pana la urma sa ma lasi cu numele bancii, ca si in Bancorex credea toata lumea - e adevarat ca numele bancii ar trebui sa fie nepatat si sa ma duc acolo ‘pe incredere’, da’ eu intotdeauna ma incred mai mult in fapte mai mult si, daca unul chiar e la obiect si se tine de cuvant, devine prietenul meu. Am mai fost la ei si chiar la o sucursala micutza de tot, m-au intampinat niste doamne foarte amabile, care au si stiut sa ma faca sa pricep ce aveau de vandut. Sa stii ca nu mai sunt prafuitii aia de pe vremuri!
Si asa trebuie, ca, pana la urma, la banca e pe bani (ai mei!).

Am fost la BP si mi-au calculat cati bani pot sa iau credit pentru construire casa. Mi-a iesit cam cu 40% mai mult decat primeam la OTP sau la BCR unde mai incercasem.

Nu e nici pe departe incercarea de a crea un nou brand - spre exemplu nu exista nici macar o sigla, un logo “Gigacredit”.
Site-ul are mai curand scopul de a scoate in evidenta campania promotionala - mai nou se practica si in sistemul bancar, a se vedea si www.creditpecard.ro sau www.cardavantaj.ro. In plus, multe dintre serviciile de e-banking ale bancilor au site-uri separate, ca domeniu).

Nu este vorba de nici o campanie promotionala. Este vorba despre un produs cu identitate proprie si anume “GigaCredit”. Acest produs are un nume compus deliberat si un logotip obtinut din scrierea numelui cu un font din familia Swiss pastrand literele “G” de la “giga” si “C” de la “credit” cu majuscula. Aceste lucruri de altfel se pot remarca la o simpla privire aruncata atat asupra spotului TV cat si a reclamei din ziare. Decizia de a creea microsite-ul “www.gigacredit.ro” si a posta “http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=le1XjupRCJA” are la baza cu totul alt tip de argumente decat “trendul” de care vorbeste domnul Bogdan mai sus.
